Try Before You Buy! A student favorite, this is a one-on-one (or two-on-one) class where you can try out our wide variety of firearms, including firearms with optics! This is a no-obligation shooting class, which some students take simply to determine if they are interested in taking up shooting as a hobby. A handgun safety brief will be provided before going to the range, along with basic handgun manipulation if needed.
Please call 312.888.0745 to book the class once you place your order, and let us know if you are right-handed or left-handed. Male or female instructor requests are available.
Please note that all private instruction will take place at Shore Galleries unless other arrangements are made with DAVAD. Private instruction for groups is also available at Shore Galleries, the Compound in Crete and the Lake Geneva range. Please call us to inquire on availablity, at 312.888.0745.
Gun Buffet: Try Before You Buy!
- Firearms are provided in the Gun Buffet class. Please note that ammo must be purchased at Shore Galleries to use our firearms, and an ammo discount is offered for the class.
- Eye and ear protection is required (eye protection may be purchased for $6 at Shore and we can provide electronic ear protection if necessary).
- All sessions are currently held at Shore Galleries unless arranged otherwise with DAVAD. Hours and scheduling is based on instructor availability.
