Class Cancellation Policy 

By registering for a DAVAD Defense class via our website you agree to the following terms and conditions for cancellation and class refunds.

 

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel as soon as possible before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by emailing us at info@davaddefense.com. Please Include your order number and reason for cancellation. You also have the option to use the class you cannot attend as a credit toward another class. If you choose this option, you must choose a class to make up within that same calendar year.

 

For Outdoor classes:

  • The $50 class deposit is NON refundable, but can be transferred to another class or family or friend who wishes to enroll in a class. Students who no show without prior notification will be required to pay the full class fee before signing up for any future DAVAD Defense classes.

  • If a class is canceled due to dangerous conditions or range conflicts  students will received a full refund of their deposits. This call will be made as soon as possible and students will be notified via email. 

 

Please be aware we run outdoor classes in both rain and shine. We will not cancel a class due to rain or cold weather. 

 

For Indoor Classes:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee.

  • If a class is canceled due to dangerous conditions or range conflicts students will received a full refund of their deposits. This call will be made as soon as possible and students will be notified via email.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process all refunds.
